Measurement Map® and Plan Creation
On key HR and training initiatives, bring in our experts to facilitate your Stakeholder Meeting and let them guide the development of your Measurement Map® and subsequent Measurement Plan.
Your team then takes over to execute the plan.
If desired, engage with our measurement consultants to coach you through the execution of the plan including data analysis, isolation of business impact, and uncovering insights.

Upskilling Your Team
We believe that measurement should be an in-house skill. We want to take the fear out of measurement and train HR and Learning & Development teams to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of their human capital investments — from HR initiatives such as mentoring, to training programs such as sales training and leadership development. To help build these skills within your team, we offer our “Business Impact Measurement Series,” a multi-part training program to prepare learning professionals to:
- Use the “Create a Measurement Map®” session to conduct business alignment discussions with stakeholders
- Develop credible Measurement Maps
- Design measurement plans in support of the Maps
- Lead the execution of a measurement plan
The training can be delivered virtually, in-person, and blended. We will tailor the program and training materials to the needs and skill level of your team.
