The State of Learning Measurement

Most learning organizations are great at tracking their own internal metrics (completions, learner satisfaction and test scores), yet they struggle with quantifying real business impact. 

Research into the state of business impact measurement found that 97 percent of learning leaders want to measure impact, but only about half believe they have the capability to do it. Why this disconnect? The study revealed a key obstacle: learning leaders don’t know where to even start to measure impact.
